How To Vote

There are 3 ways you can vote in the General Election on November 5th, 2024.  You can check to make sure you're registered to vote by clicking here.

Do you need a ride to the polls on election day or for early voting? You can call or text us at 401-378-6804 and we will help you out!

1. By Mail

The deadline for applying to vote by mail in the General Election was 10/15/2024 at 4:00 pm.

2. Early In-Person at Blackstone Valley Visitors Center

From now until November 4th, you can vote early in person - make sure to bring your photo ID!

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (November 4th the hours - 8:00am-4:00pm)

3. On Election Day

You can vote at your usual polling location on Election Day, November 4th. Make sure to check your polling location prior to election day, as they often change. You can confirm your polling location here.

Expect lines on election day and be sure to bring your ID.

If you are not registered to vote, you can register online. You will need:

  • Your Rhode Island DMV issued driver's license or State ID number

  • Your name as it appears on your Rhode Island driver's license or State ID card

  • Your date of birth

Alternatively, you may complete the form without your driver's license or State ID number for paper submission.
